Alex has started his baseball season. So far the team has played one game (the other two have been postponed due to weather or field conditions).
The Raiders played Waseca on Monday and beat them 2-1 in extra innings. It wasn't pretty. There were several errors and just silly mental mistakes. Alex did okay behind the plate. He went 1-3 at the plate hitting a blooper pop fly that the short-stop missed (so he really reached base due to an error).
Hopefully the weather will soon feel like April weather and the snow will melt so we can have some baseball!

Let Alex know that it is always GOOD to beat Waseca. Glad to hear that his team has gotten a game in maybe now the weather will cooperate a little more......DG
