Football and Decorating

The Minnesota State Football Championships are over and Northfield came in second. The championship game was controlled by the high powered, spread offense of Mankato West. Northfield had a small glimmer of hope in the fourth quarter as Shepley scored two touchdowns. The first touchdown was an impressive, ESPN top 10 highlight worthy, one handed catch! The Raiders were down after the game but Josh was taking it in stride and really enjoyed the experience.

The football game took much of Saturday afternoon so Sunday was left for decorating. In a tag team effort we have converted the fall/Thanksgiving decorations to a more festive Christmas scene. With Christmas music in the background, we were able to get our tree set up and sprinkle our ornaments here and there. The Potts's house is officially ready for the holiday season!
