We are 9 months old!

Today mommy picked me and Owen up early from Char's house to go to our healthy check-up with Dr. Clark. We were super happy when mommy came and continued to be smiley at the doctor's office. There were so many ladies around that place that we had to be cute. Mommy realized that being solo at this check-up was very difficult because we like to move as much as possible.

Dr. Clark is our favorite doctor and she was really impressed with how much we had grown in three months . She was even more in awe of our weight gain (4 pounds!) with our little set back of RSV. Little does Dr. Clark know that we take after mommy and daddy and LOVE to eat. Owen is still the top of the charts in weight, height, and head size. I am still leading the way in the tooth department - almost 4 teeth now.

Owen is very excited that he is bigger than his older brother.

Here our our stats...
Weight: both in the low to mid 60th percentile
Me- 21 lbs and 4 ounces
Owen - 21 lbs and 8 ounces

Height: both in the upper 80th percentile
Me- 29.4 inches
Owen - 30.1 inches

Head circumference:
Me- 82nd percentile
Owen - 98th percentile

Oh, our hemoglobin count looks good too (we were told it was good to be over 11 and we passed). We only had to get our finger pricked today. It was really cool to watch them draw blood. Our band-aids were fabulous and tasted delicious!

Dinner was delicious too (yum - blueberries).

Owen was so excited about his doctor's visit today that he decided to crawl this evening (naked may I add). I sat and watched. I started to cheer him on too because mommy and daddy were getting really loud and excited.

Well I better go to bed. I have to rest up for a fun weekend.

Love,
Ethan

Dear Ethan,
Thanks for sharing your adventures with Dr. Clark. Your mommy is brave to take you by herself! What an exciting way to end the day watching Owen crawl! Good luck with getting your new teeth!
Love, Gma Jill

Wow! On my scale, you guys are off the charts in cuteness :) Take your time with crawling, Ethan...let your brother be the troublemaker for a little while yet.

Wow! Nice job growing, boys! We can't wait to hear more details about the naked crawling. :-)
